Types of aluminium bronze bushing

The aluminium bronze bushing refers to the copper sleeve made by casting aluminum bronze. Aluminum bronze bushing is a copper alloy whose aluminum content in bronze generally does not exceed 11.5%. Sometimes an appropriate amount of iron, nickel, manganese and other elements are added to further improve performance. Aluminium bronze bushing can be strengthened by heat treatment, its strength is higher than tin bronze copper sleeve, and its resistance to high temperature oxidation is better.

The aluminium bronze bushing containing iron and manganese elements has high strength and wear resistance. After quenching and tempering, the hardness can be improved, and it has good high temperature corrosion resistance and stability. It can be used in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water. The medium corrosion resistance is very good, the machinability is fair, the welding is not easy to be welded, and the pressure processing is good in the hot state.

Aluminum bronze has good cutting and grinding performance, can be welded, and is easily formed by hot processing. The alloy is mainly used to manufacture high-strength and wear-resistant structural parts such as brackets, gears, copper sleeves, bushings, nozzles, flanges, rockers, pilot valves, pump rods, cams, and fixed nuts. It has high strength and wear resistance, and is widely used in high-voltage electrical appliances and shipbuilding industries. After quenching and tempering, it can further improve the strength, wear resistance and durability.

ZCuAl10-3-2 characteristics and scope of application: it has high mechanical properties and wear resistance, heat treatment, good corrosion resistance at high temperature and good chemical properties. 10-3-2 It has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water. It can be welded and is not easy to braze. Air cooling of large castings from 700°C can prevent brittleness.

ZCuAl10-3, brand ZCuAl10Fe3, has high mechanical properties, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, can be welded, and is not easy to braze. Air cooling of large castings from 700 ℃ can prevent brittleness. It is applied to heavy-duty castings with high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, such as copper sleeves, nuts, turbines, and pipe fittings that work below 250°C.

QAl9-4 aluminum bronze; aluminum bronze containing iron. It has high strength and anti-friction properties, good corrosion resistance, good press workability in hot state, and can be welded by electric and gas welding, but the brazing property is not good. It can be used as a substitute for high tin wear-resistant bronze. Aluminum bronze 9-4 is used to make wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant parts that work under high loads, such as bearings, bushings, gears, worm gears, valve seats, copper slides, etc., and also used to make bimetallic wear-resistant parts.

QAl9-4-2 aluminum bronze: has high mechanical properties, excellent corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and seawater, high corrosion fatigue strength, good castability, good wear resistance, and resistance below 400℃ Thermal, heat-treatable, good welding performance, not easy to braze.

QAl9-2 aluminum bronze; aluminum bronze containing manganese. It has high strength, good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water, can be welded by electric welding and gas welding, is not easy to braze, and has good pressure workability in hot and cold states. It is used for high-strength corrosion-resistant parts, pipe fittings and marine ship parts that work in steam media below 250°C.
